Participants in the 8-week PQ Foundations Program graduate into the PQ GROW Modules, where they continue applying the PQ Operating System to real-life and professional situations. After completing the Foundations Program and three months of life-application modules as a POD or cohort, FRG partners with clients one-on-one to design customized coaching engagements aligned with their desired outcomes and grounded in the Positive Intelligence framework.
