I have so appreciated YOU and the time you spent with us walking us through this journey.  I am so much less anxious than I used to be and feel that I am able to handle things with more of a growth mindset.  You took the time to listen and let us reveal our innermost thoughts and feelings; most of which we don’t openly share.  We all felt safe to open up and it was very empowering to do so; and a relief to express ourselves.  I feel like I’ve learned a lot and can’t thank you enough for your help and support.
